THCA Flower

Our THCA Hemp flower is grown in an indoor facility in Oregon using only sustainable organic growing practices. Only top shelf hand selected nugs are used for flower while the small buds and trim will go into pre-rolls.

What is THCa?
Tetrahydrocannabinolic acid, or THCA, is a naturally occurring compound found in the cannabis plant, which is the precursor to delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the psychoactive compound responsible for the "high" associated with marijuana. Under federal law in the United States, THCA is not explicitly classified as a controlled substance, unlike THC. The 2018 Farm Bill legalized hemp, a variety of the cannabis plant that contains less than 0.3% THC by dry weight. Since THCA is naturally present in hemp and not specifically prohibited, it is considered legal at the federal level when derived from hemp. However, it's crucial to note that the legal status of THCA may vary at the state level, and specific state laws regarding THCA and other cannabis compounds may differ.
